1. General Information
1.1 Delivery Time for Goods: Unless otherwise agreed, physical goods will be delivered within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
1.2 Service Activation: Services will be activated within 48 hours of the order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Delivery Methods: Goods will be delivered via our preferred logistics partners. If the customer chooses a different carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
1.4 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges for physical goods will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. These charges include any taxes and fees applicable.
2. Delivery Process
2.1 Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include the details of your order, including the estimated delivery date for goods or activation date for services.
2.2 Shipping Notification for Goods: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
2.3 Delivery Receipt: At the time of delivery, the customer or a designated person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing.
3. Delayed Delivery
3.1 Notice of Delay: If we are unable to deliver your goods or activate your service within the specified time frame, we will inform you of the delay and provide a new estimated delivery or activation date.
3.2 Right to Cancel: If we cannot deliver the goods or activate the service within the agreed time, you have the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will refund all payments, including delivery charges for goods, within 14 days of cancellation.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Withdrawal Period for Goods: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
1.2 Withdrawal Period for Services: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of services within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, provided that the service has not yet been fully performed.
1.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.

2. Return of Goods
2.1 Return Period: You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
2.2 Condition of Returned Goods: The goods should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3.2 Refund Time Frame: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract in the case of services.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
4.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
Services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Audio or video recordings or sealed software if they were unsealed after delivery.
